All of our products are tested and guaranteed to work, unless specifically noted.
We do accept returns for items that are our fault, Within 7 days. Examples of "our fault" would be if the item wasn't fully inspected and had a broken part when it left our store, Wasn't fully tested and it did not work when it left our store, etc
We do NOT accept returns for items that were working properly when they left our store, but broke within 7 days due to misuse, dropping, etc.
We do NOT accept "Change-of-mind" Returns
All returns within the 7 day window can be issued to the original payment method, or issued as In-Store credit. All returns outside of the 7 day window will ONLY be issued as In-Store credit, At our discretion.
All returns require a receipt, All returns will be at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we do not believe to be legitimate.
All online orders have the same return policy as an In-store return.
